Originally from upstate NY and born into a family of construction managers, I have been providing professional construction services since the mid-90s. My expertise includes estimating, budgeting, and scheduling construction projects. A little-known fact about me is that I broke into the commercial world by competing in and completing the challenge on the last televised episode of “Monster House” on the Discovery Channel in the early 2000s. Good luck digging up that gem!

Hi, I’m Thomas English. I was born in Georgetown, TX, and spent half my life in Central Florida. In 2007, I moved back to Texas and began working in commercial construction. With over 17 years of experience, I specialize in healthcare, clean rooms, and manufacturing projects. In my free time, I enjoy woodworking, racing, fight sports, and spending time with my family.

I graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction science and management. With a passion for exploration, I enjoy traveling and spending time on the water. I have lived in diverse coastal environments, including the Gulf Coast area and Scotland, which has enriched my understanding of different cultures and environments. I bring this global perspective to my role at M+ Builders. Outside of work, you can often find me planning my next travel adventure or enjoying activities like boating, surfing, and fishing.

Hello! I’m Jose Robles. I was born in California but grew up next door to Austin in San Marcos, TX, since the age of three. I graduated with a degree in Construction Science and Management from Texas State University in December 2022. I have worked on construction projects in San Marcos and San Antonio, building ground-up projects, and now in Austin, focusing on TI/remodel work. I’m a huge fan of staying active, whether it’s playing basketball and soccer, working out, or being outdoors trying out new things.

Howdy! I’m Joseph Kinkade, born and raised in Austin, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Industrial Distribution in the spring of 2024 and am blessed to be able to move back to my hometown. I’m a huge supporter of all Aggie sports, but as a former basketball player, basketball will always be my number one. Gig’em!

Howdy! I’m Farra Kutra, a Texas native who has been in the construction industry in Austin since 2010. I joined M+ in December 2021 and haven’t looked back since! I love live music, rescuing fur babies, and I’m a bit of a beer nerd. I am also a member of two BBQ cookoff teams: one for fun with friends and the other as part of a charity group that gives back to the community. Cheers!

My name is Rafael Castilla. I was born in Miami, FL, and raised in Austin, TX. I attended Angelo State University on a football scholarship. I began my career in construction at the age of 15 and completely fell in love with it. I’m a huge sports fan, mainly of football and soccer.

Howdy y’all! I’m Bryce Brindle, a Texas native and Austinite. I’ve been a builder for over 12 years. I’m also a father of two and an outdoorsman, at least as much as my schedule allows. Lastly, how about dem Cowboys?

Originally from Great Falls, Montana, I moved south at seven when my family began working for a prominent real estate developer. My passion for building and manufacturing grew during the booming 90s-00s in North Texas. With over a decade of experience in Austin, I’ve worked in modular manufacturing and live event production, traveling to 40 U.S. cities and Australia. Starting as a high-rise construction elevator operator, my journey has been humbling and exciting. I’m thrilled to be here with others who share the same passion.

Hi there! I’m Kylie Fleming, a Philly native who grew up all over the East Coast thanks to my military family. I graduated with a Marketing degree from East Carolina University in December 2022 and moved to Austin, TX shortly after that. I’m a big sports fan, especially for my Eagles – Go Birds! I have a deep love for all things health and wellness, so staying active is a big part of my routine!

Hello! I am Sean Parsons, Senior PM here at M+ Builders.  I grew up in Tucson, AZ where I graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Civil Engineering. I have been involved in the construction industry since my first civil infrastructure internship in 2007 and haven’t looked back since. After spending a decade in Chicago after college, I made my way to Austin TX where I have lived for last 6 years with my wife and our two huskies. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy cooking and crafting cocktails with my wife and friends on weekends.

Hi, I’m Bronwyn Sandercock. While I consider myself a Texas native, I spent 25 years in Northern California before wisely returning to Austin. As a finance professional with diverse industry experience, I’m eager to dive into the construction sector. My favorite season is fall, and I can’t get enough of college football and pumpkin spice!

Hello! I’m Jesus! I was born and raised in Michoacan, Mexico, and moved to California at 19. I started in residential construction and soon transitioned to commercial construction, where I’ve been for the past 9 years. In the summer of 2019, I moved to Austin, Texas. Here, I found not only a city full of construction opportunities but also a friendly cyclist community. If I’m not at the job site, you’ll find me riding my bike around town.

My name is Pablo Zaragoza. I have been involved in construction since the age of 15, starting with site clean-up and working my way up to coordinating workers and materials. I am now a superintendent at M+ Builders. As a native Texan, I have lived in various parts of the state, from El Paso to Midland, and currently reside and work in Austin. I graduated from Texas State University in 2017 and am currently pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Texas at El Paso.
