Originally from Congo, Bova arrived in the United States as an international student on a temporary visa, facing the challenge of limited English proficiency. Through unwavering diligence, a passion for engineering, and a stroke of good fortune, Bova carved his path into the construction industry.
Starting in Minneapolis and later settling in Austin, Bova recognized a growing demand for client-focused construction management. Motivated by this insight, he founded M+ Builders—a forward-thinking construction firm that embodies Bova’s philosophy of turning challenges into opportunities and delivering steadfast commitment to every project.
Having traveled to over fifteen countries, Bova has a deep passion for exploring new cultures. Additionally, he is an avid golfer who eagerly seizes any opportunity to play 18 holes.
